Over the last year we have developed a new 3-year Business Plan for Highland Community Care Forum. Along with users and carers we reviewed the work of the Local Forums, the Highland Carers Project, HUG and People First. The Plan takes its cues from this review and the opportunities presented by national and local policy makers for users and carers to play an enhanced role in shaping policies and designing services.

The HCCF Board of Directors are confident that the Business Plan does justice to the wide scope of the organisation and clearly sets out ways to achieve greater sustainability.
