Parliamentary and Local Government ElectionsThis year we have once again gathered together issues which are important to the users of community care services in the Highlands and their carers.

This, our 'users' manifesto', is about hearing the user voice and responding to the issues which really affect us: sustainable communities, transport, the regulatory framework, and much more.
