With
the 2003 Scottish Parliament and Local elections looming, this was
an opportunity to spend time on our message to politicians.
We had
useful input from speakers Phillipa Bonella and Graham Blount on how
to get our message across most efectively.
Workshop
groups focused on what our important issues and the messages we wanted
to send about them were.
The final
session of the day drew these together into the document which we
are now publishing for distribution around the HCCF network and to
prospective candidates for the forthcoming elections.

The result
of the day was our 'Election Checklist'. This is with the printers
at the moment but will be available by the 30th of March.
