  • with individuals, e.g. the carers’ helpline, the Carers Advocacy Worker
  • with groups in communities of interest , e.g. Highland User Groups (HUG). carers support group, young carer groups, access panels
  • with geographical communities, e.g. Local Forums, Local Implementation groups, Local Health Care Co-operatives

  • with National groups, e.g. Scottish Community Care Forum, Scottish Executive ....

Details of our work objectives for our core funders Highland Council and NHS Highland are embodied in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). This document was finalised in 2001 and sets out the baseline work for which the core of HCCF, the Local Forums, the Carers Project and the Advocacy Project are funded.

In addition to the work for which we receive core funding we also get funding for a range of other activities. and projects which are compatible with the aims and objectives of HCCF.

Information about our core work, local forums, and projects is available by following the links from the Forums and Projects pages.
