after yourself?

Want to try something new -
just for you?

Highland Carers Project is creating CARERS CAN, a new programme of things carers can do to make their lives better.

This means finding ways to look after yourself better, be fitter and healthier and also try things you've never done before: things that make all the difference in feeling better about yourself.

To make it work, we need to find out from you what those things are. So, if you want to look after yourself better, try out at least one new thing, and have fun doing it, let us know.

Do you need to know:

• How to move the person that you care for without hurting yourself?
• How to speak up for what you want?
• How to access services?
• How to stay healthy?

Do you want to try:

• Spending some time on yourself?
• Exercise that you enjoy?
• Meeting with other carers and sharing your experiences?
• Something new?
