Carers Connect LogoIf you look after someone who, due to age, physical or mental illness, addiction or disability, couldn’t manage without your help, then you are a carer.

As a carer, maybe you feel alone, and would like to talk to someone who understands your situation without leaving your own home.

Highland Carers Connect brings small groups of carers together for a weekly social chat by telephone conference.

We aim to give you an opportunity to make new friends, share experiences, and offer and receive support in the comfort of your own home. All you have to do is pick up the phone. This service is free and confidential.

For more information read the Highland Carers Connect leaflet or tel: 01463 723566 or email: KMurray@hccf.org.uk.
