INFORMATION PACK FOR CARERS IN HIGHLAND

Info Pack Cover Image

Whether you have been a carer for some time or you have just recently started to care for someone, whether you have chosen to be someone's carer or you have become someone's carer by default, this pack has been written for you.

It will provide some navigation to help you find your way around the health, social care and welfare benefits systems. It will also provide some useful contacts for you within both statutory and voluntary organisations in Highland.

Although we have tried to include as much information as we think you may need, we are aware of the danger of providing too much information, especially at the beginning of your caring career. Therefore, the pack we have put together can be added to when you are ready for more information.

Just click the pack image or the title above it to access the pack. You can download any individual factsheets from there, where you will also find out how you can request the pack in alternative formats.
