Highland Community Care Forum continues to explore new avenues of involvement and participation for users and carers in Highland. To reflect the breadth of our activities, we have titled our yearly summary an 'Annual Review' since it is more than a purely documentary report. It certainly looks back at our achievements of the last year but it also looks forward to new directions. Our 2004 Annual Report will be launched at our Annual Conference on 3rd September 2004.
