In this year's Annual Review, Highland Community Care Forum has again aimed for brevity and simplicity. As last year, we have tried to give a flavour of the range of our activities over the past year or so. We hope that this description of our work communicates the ways in which HCCF's networks and projects work reach into the lives of users and carers and gives them a voice.
