In this year's Annual Review, Highland Community Care Forum illustrates the breadth of its work in 2007 and 2008.

We have tried to get under the skin of many strands of work in order to demonstrate just how real our connections are and how we impact on the lives of so many people. As always, we hope that this communicates the ways in which HCCF's networks and projects reach users and carers and gives them a voice.
